EU AI ACT
AI Transparency
WHY THIS NOTICE
Under the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), content that has been artificially generated or manipulated should be disclosed as such. This page explains where and how this site uses AI-generated imagery, so you always know what you are looking at.
AI-GENERATED IMAGERY
Some of the visuals on this site — illustrations, textures, backgrounds and decorative graphics — are created with generative AI tools (text-to-image and LLM-based image models). Unless a caption states otherwise, these images are synthetic: they do not depict real people, places or events.
HOW IT IS USED
AI imagery is used for illustrative and decorative purposes only. It is never presented as a photograph of a real person, a real project, or a documented event. Genuine photos of real work or people, where shown, are exactly that — real, and not generated.
HUMAN OVERSIGHT
Every generated asset is chosen, reviewed and curated by a human — me, Felix Hans. AI is a tool in the design process, not something left to run unsupervised. The prompt, the selection and the final placement are all editorial decisions.
NO DEEP FAKES
This site does not use AI to imitate real, identifiable individuals, to fabricate quotes or events, or to mislead you in any way. No “deep fakes” of real persons are created or published here.
WRITTEN CONTENT
Text on this site — articles, copy and documentation — is written by me. Where an AI tool assists with drafting or editing, the result is reviewed, fact-checked and rewritten by a human before it is published.
QUESTIONS
